23 year old male in Beaverton needing DSP for most days starting around 11am for about 45 hours a week. DSP to have car and/or be ok taking public transportation with client, and will also need to help with household tasks, budgeting, organizing, cleaning, daily planning, and reminders for showering and meds. No toileting or lifting needed. Family does have a dog, but no smoking in the home.
