17 year old male in NE Portland near North Plains in need of physically active and youthful DSP to help after school evenings and on weekends for part time hours. DSP must have personal vehicle to transport client into the community with, and will also be providing ADL supports in the home. Family lives on a small farm with Llama, chickens, bunnies and dogs. Non-smoking household. Client would benefit from someone who is active and can also be mellow. It’s important they also understand he needs to eat healthy foods most of the time. He is also looking to help keep routine.
