18 year old male in NE Portland near North Plains in need of physically active and youthful DSP to help Tues. & Thurs 4pm-9pm. Client is funny, caring, thoughtful, creative and loves his family. He enjoys working his new job, spending time with his family and his girlfriend, sword fighting, all things to do with rocks/mineral/fossils, and building with Legos. Client would benefit from someone who is active and can also be mellow. It’s important they also understand he needs to eat healthy foods most of the time. He is also looking to help keep routine. DSP must have personal vehicle to pick him up from work and transport client into the community with, and will also be providing ADL supports in the home. He mainly needs assistance with becoming more independent with his daily routine such as cooking, baking, and chores. Family lives on a small farm with Llama, chickens, bunnies and dogs. Non-smoking household.
