16 year old male in SW Portland near Tigard and Beaverton borders looking for help 7 days a week for split shifts roughly 11am-12:15pm and roughly 4pm-11pm. They can be a bit flexible with evening shifts. He is witty, kind-hearted, and full of great interests. He enjoys animals (both being around and learning about them) Legos, Star Wars, cars, WW2 planes/Tanks, meteorology and cooking. He is looking for help with ADL’S, routines, toileting, medication reminders and mobility support. The best fit for a DSP would be someone who is calm, patient, and engaging support style as well as can drive. This is helpful as location is not very accessible via Bus. There is a cat, dog and fish in the home. No smoking.
