14-year-old male in Beaverton needs evening & weekend support

14-year-old male in Beaverton needs a Direct Support Professional after 4:45pm on weekdays and on weekends for about 10 hours/week. Client is verbal and high-functioning, and has excellent video and sound editing skills. He can use the toilet independently, but does not clean himself well and needs help with all hygienic tasks by the DSP. DSP will also need to help with ADLs, reading/writing skills, and community/socialization outings. The family has a cat and a dog, but no smoking in the home.
