Payroll/ Financial
Pay Stubs are emailed on the day of money transfers to employees’ bank accounts. They are password protected. The password is the last four digits of your Social Security number.
After completing payroll onboarding, employees will receive an email from “Advanced HR Welcome” with their username and password. This email contains instructions on setting up their personal account and includes a link they should save to access their personal portal.
If they lose the link, they must contact payroll@kangaroocarehelp.com to request a reset link.
Use the Equifax Work Number at https://employees.theworknumber.com/about.
This free service provided by our payroll company helps streamline paperwork for loans or apartment rentals.
How to Access:
Visit the website and click on the login link.
Search for Kangaroo Care LLC as your employer.
Follow the prompts to register your account.
Once registered, generate a one-time code for the person or company conducting the credit check.
Provide the code to the requester — they will have secure, encrypted access to only the information they need.
Alayacare Support
Go back to your shift in the Alayacare app. Make sure you have completed the required forms and tasks. Add a visit note to inform us of the correct ending time for your shift.
As soon as possible, clock in to your shift. Work your shift as normal, but be sure to leave a visit note informing us of the correct starting time.
A missed shift still requires the action of clocking in, completing tasks, and clocking out, along with informing us of the issue.
If a shift is missed without cancellation, you should receive message(s) from our payroll team asking for confirmation.
Add a visit note to your shift with a simple note stating the amount of miles driven.
Note: Not all clients have mileage available, and the amount of mileage you can submit is different depending on your client. Please reach out to one of our coordinators if you have questions about your specific client.
Leaving a visit note forces us to verify the information before we can submit it for payroll.
