Our mission is to provide individuals with developmental disabilities personalized support that will help them thrive at home and in the community.
Who We Are
Kangaroo Care is owned by Mike Rees and Scott and Kim Clement. After years of working with individuals with disabilities, we are thrilled to offer our services to our northwest community. Our varied paths include human resources director, regional representative, general manager, creating inclusion for disabled individuals within our church and supporting our close family members with disabilities.

We are committed to helping the individuals we support gain inclusion, equity, and independence. Engaging with caseworkers and Individual Support Plans allows us to track individuals’ progress on a daily and monthly basis.
Staff Support
