11 year old girl in SW Portland Looking for Part time help any day of the week with weekdays, flexible after 4:30 on school days and flexible on weekends making up a total of 96 hours a month. She is creative, artsy, funny, outgoing, thoughtful and likes to be helpful. She enjoys getting out of the house, crafting, eating sweets and spending time with her mom. She is needing help with cutting and portioning out food, hygiene reminders and cues, help her achieve her goals including helping her get to activities and classes, and basic ADL assistance including assisting with prompts for getting addressed, trimming nails, ect. She needs a DSP who can stick to the rules/parameters and understand she needs to stay within the set boundaries. They should have a thick skin and be ok working with challenging behaviors. They also should be able to keep a constant eye on client at all times. There is no smoking and 2 dogs in the home. DSP will need to be able to drive.
