Allen, based in North Portland, brings over 10 years of compassionate caregiving experience from the UK, Kenya, and Tanzania, offering a well-rounded and culturally informed approach to support. With open availability seven days a week and a preference for around 30 hours weekly, he is committed to providing consistent, dependable care. Allen has extensive experience assisting individuals with daily living needs, including cooking, cleaning, bathing, toileting, medication support, physical exercise, and structured routines, always encouraging clients to build confidence and independence. He is comfortable working with cats and dogs, being around smoking environments, and supporting individuals with high behaviors as well as those who need toileting, bathing, lifting, or transferring assistance. LGBTQIA+ friendly and fluent in both English and Kiswahili, Allen brings a warm, patient, and steady presence to every person he supports. While he has reliable transportation, he is currently unable to drive clients.
