23 year old female in NW Portland looking for help on Thursday and Friday 2-7pm, and Saturday or Sunday 2-7pm.. Roughly 15 hours a week. Client enjoys reading storybooks, swinging in the backyard, watching TV, and watching videos on her tablet. DSP will assist with toileting, meal and snack service, and recreation/entertainment assistance, and will need to be able to support challenging behaviors. Integrated care with a supportive family and ongoing guidance and coaching can be provided via behavioral and SLP therapists. There are dogs, but no smoking in the home.
